Oslo for Beginners - Celebrating May 17th in Oslo

Norway's biggest amusement park, Tusenfryd, is located just outside Oslo. You can get a special bus there or drive your own car (see the map on their home page).

You basically pay according to the height of the child, and the entry ticket entitles you for as many rides you want that day. It is a little bit cheaper to buy the tickets on the websit, and the lines will be quite long during high season ... in summer the entry also gives you access to the swimming pool area.

A little tip: Food and drink is very expensive there, but there are nice areas to have a picnic if you bring your own food.
